Meet Kristina Gillmore

Kris began her legal career in 1993 after earning an Honours Diploma in Court and Tribunal Administration from Seneca College. At the beginning of her career she worked in a variety of practice areas including family law, real estate, corporate law, estates, and litigation, but she discovered that her passion was family law.

In 1999, while continuing to work full-time, she returned to Seneca College on a part-time basis to further her professional qualifications. In 2001, she  completed the Law Clerk Certificate Program, which allowed her to deepen her expertise and take on more complex legal responsibilities. She has been an Associate Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario since 2004.

Kris has been with Judith Holzman Law Offices over 25 years, most of which have been dedicated to her role as a Law Clerk.  Her work primarily focuses on financial matters and procedural aspects of family law cases. From preparing detailed financial statements, net family property statements and disclosure documents to ensuring that procedural steps are properly followed, she strives to provide precise and effective support throughout each stage of the legal process.
